How FlexigoTech Cloud works
FlexigoTech Cloud is the cloud service of our Odoo modules. The module installs in your Odoo and you buy it once. The subscription pays for the service: the connection to the platforms from our servers, support with response times and, if you bought the module on flexigotech.com, the module for each new Odoo version.

What you pay and what is included
The module, once
You buy it once for each Odoo version, at the same price on Odoo Apps and on flexigotech.com.
You install it in your Odoo and keep it without a subscription. The purchase includes help to set it up, fixes for its bugs, updates to the version you bought and the documentation.
Each module's page says what the cloud does for it. Connectors use FlexigoTech Cloud to sync with their platform. Modules that work entirely in Odoo keep working without it, and the subscription adds a cloud service: monitoring of the official sources they depend on, with alerts and a calendar of their deadlines, or a service of the module's own.
FlexigoTech Cloud, monthly or yearly
You subscribe per module, or per pack, and per production database. The subscription includes:
- The module's cloud, with monitoring and email alerts, and its adaptation to each platform's API changes when the connection goes through it.
- New Odoo versions, if you bought the module on flexigotech.com: the module for each one, which you download from your account at no extra cost. On Odoo Apps, each version is bought there.
- Support with response times: first response within 1 working day; with Pro, within 4 working hours and with a video call if needed.
- The service on the staging and test copies of your database, up to 5 per production database.
It doesn't include customisations, migrating your database, setting it up for you, importing historical data or third-party costs, such as a marketplace fee.
What runs in your Odoo and what runs in our cloud
This is how a connector works: the work with your data happens in your Odoo, and our cloud keeps the connection with the platform and checks that the sync goes well.
In your Odoo
- The module, with everything it does in Odoo.
- Your data (customers, orders, invoices and products), your reports and your settings.
- FlexigoTech Cloud, the free base module that is installed with yours. In Settings → FlexigoTech Cloud you see the status of each module, and from there you try it, subscribe or cancel.
- What works without the cloud, such as exporting a CSV file in the platform's format, if the module has it.
In our cloud
- The access you give to the platform and its renewal.
- Depending on the connector, the notifications the platform sends and your Odoo's requests to it. Its page says which.
- Monitoring of the sync, with an email alert if something fails.
- Each database's service permit, which your Odoo checks every 6 hours.
- Your account at app.flexigotech.com, with your subscriptions, invoices, databases and downloads.
In modules that work entirely in Odoo, the cloud plays no part in their work.
What data your Odoo sends
Nothing leaves your Odoo for FlexigoTech Cloud until an administrator reads the data list and accepts it in Settings → FlexigoTech Cloud.
When the database connects
- The database identifier (uuid), its address (URL) and the Odoo version.
- The FlexigoTech modules installed, with their version, and whether the database is a staging or test copy.
- The company name and the email of the person who accepts, with the date and version of the text accepted.
- A public code to check that requests come from your database and a proof that it is that database, which your server computes without sending its secret.
While it is connected
- Every 6 hours, the request for its service permit, with nothing else.
- The health of the sync: counters and error codes, without the content of your records.
- What each button you press needs, such as the module, tier and billing period you choose or the version of the terms you accept.
Your business data doesn't leave through this connection. If a connector passes data through our cloud to talk to the platform, its page and its connection screen say so before you authorise it.
As with any connection, we see your server's IP address and keep it for 12 months in the access logs. You can disconnect the database whenever you want with the Disconnect button: from then on nothing is sent. Disconnecting doesn't cancel your subscriptions.
If you stop paying
What the subscription gives stops. The module and your data stay in your Odoo.
What stops
- Synchronisation and cloud services.
- The module for other Odoo versions and its download.
- Support with response times.
What stays
- The installed module, with everything it does in Odoo.
- Your data, your reports and your settings.
- Help to set it up and fix its bugs, updates to the version you bought and the documentation.
We never delete anything in your Odoo or stop it from working.
If a payment fails
- Day 0The payment failsWe email you and the service continues.
- Day 7The service stopsIt comes back as soon as you pay.
- Day 21The subscription endsIf it is still unpaid, the subscription ends and that period is not claimed from you.
Security and where your data is
FlexigoTech Cloud's servers are in Germany, at netcup.
- All connections with our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Platform credentials and tokens are stored encrypted.
- Service permits are signed and tied to each database.
- Access logs are kept for 12 months, without tokens or the content of requests.
- Backups are encrypted and deleted after 30 days at most.
- Our staff sign in with two-step verification.
- If a security breach affects your data, we tell you within 24 hours at most.
When the subscription or the trial ends, or if you revoke our access on the platform, we delete the tokens and data of that connection from the cloud within 30 days at most, or sooner if the platform requires it. If you want your data first, we give it to you in a ZIP file, with a JSON file and your invoices in PDF.
How to start
- Buy and install the module, on Odoo Apps or on flexigotech.com. The free FlexigoTech Cloud base module is installed with it.
- In Odoo, open Settings → FlexigoTech Cloud, read the data list and connect the database.
- Press Try free for 14 days on your module. No card is needed, and the 14 days start with the first sync. To continue, press Subscribe.
You need Odoo.sh or your own server: Odoo Online doesn't accept third-party modules. There is one trial per account and module.
Cancel and manage your subscription
You cancel in two clicks, without calls and without having to give a reason. You can do it from your account at app.flexigotech.com or from your Odoo, in Settings → FlexigoTech Cloud → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and until that day you can undo it with one click. There is no penalty, and the part of the period you don't use is not refunded unless the law requires it.
In your account you also change plan (monthly or yearly, Standard or Pro), change your card and download your invoices. Before you confirm a change you see the exact amount, without and with VAT.
You pay in advance, every month or every year, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. If its price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the renewal in which it applies.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the subscription to use the module?
It depends on the module. A connector needs FlexigoTech Cloud to sync with its platform. A module that works entirely in Odoo keeps working without it, and the subscription adds its cloud service, such as monitoring of its official sources, new versions and support with response times. Each module's page says which case it is.
Does the trial need a card?
No. It lasts 14 days from the first successful sync, or 30 days from when you start it if it never syncs. If you haven't subscribed when it ends, the service stops and nothing is charged.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays in your Odoo: we never delete anything there. When the subscription ends, we delete the connection data from our cloud within 30 days at most.
Do I also pay for staging?
No. The staging and test copies you approve, up to 5 per production database, get the service at no extra cost while production has it.
Does it work on Odoo Online?
No. Odoo Online doesn't accept third-party modules. You need Odoo.sh or your own server.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added at checkout depending on your country, with the same rules as in our shop, and you see the final amount before confirming. We only sell to businesses and professionals.
Who invoices me and how do I pay?
You are invoiced by Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L. (FlexigoTech). You pay by card on Stripe's payment page, and we don't store your card details. For each charge you get the invoice by email, and it is in your account.
I had the module before the subscription. What changes?
What you bought doesn't change and your version keeps working the same. If you used a service of ours for free, it needs the subscription from the day the module moves to the new model: that day we email you, if we have your email, and you get the 14-day trial. If your connector works with your own key and you already had it saved in Odoo, it keeps working directly with the platform. If you update to a version that uses FlexigoTech Cloud, an administrator accepts the data list once in Settings → FlexigoTech Cloud.
Do I need my own account on the platform?
Yes. The connector works with your account and under the platform's terms. The subscription pays for our service, not for access to the platform.
