General Terms of Sale

These terms govern the purchase of modules and software licences at flexigotech.com. We sell only to businesses and professionals. They are provided under Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI) and, if a consumer buys despite this, under the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).

This English version is a translation for reference only. The Spanish text is the one that applies.

1. Who is selling

Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L., which sells software under the FlexigoTech brand. Tax ID (NIF) B56727993. Calle Roger de Llúria 54, principal 1.ª B, 08009 Barcelona (Spain). Barcelona Commercial Registry, volume 49059, folio 216, section 8, sheet B-606144, entry 1; incorporated on 24 November 2023 and registered on 20 December 2023. Email: comercial@flexigobe.com. Phone: +34 616 809 504. This company issues the invoices for FlexigoTech products and services.

2. Subject matter

These terms apply to the purchase of Odoo modules and connectors on this site and its payment gateway. What you buy is a licence to use the software, delivered electronically, on the terms of the licence (EULA).

Out of scope: purchases on the Odoo App Store, governed by Odoo S.A.'s terms, and implementation, integration or custom development services, governed by the proposal accepted in each case.

3. Who can buy

We sell only to businesses and professionals: companies, organisations and people buying for their trade or profession. By ticking the box at checkout you declare that you are buying as such.

If you nevertheless buy as a consumer, that is, as someone acting for purposes outside their trade or profession (article 3 TRLGDCU), you keep the rights the law gives you, explained in sections 9 and 10.

4. Information before you buy

Before paying, the page for each module and the cart tell you:

5. How the purchase is made

You add the module to the cart, choose the Odoo version, review the amount, tick the checkout box and pay at the gateway. The contract is concluded when payment is approved. You then receive by email, within 24 hours, the order confirmation with the download link and the licence (articles 27 and 28 LSSI). We keep the contract text and you can ask us for a copy at comercial@flexigobe.com.

Before paying you can correct any detail or remove modules from the cart.

6. Prices, taxes and invoice

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. The total amount, with the taxes that apply according to your country and status (for example, a business with a valid intra-EU VAT number), appears on the payment screen before you confirm. We issue an invoice for each purchase and email it to you.

7. Payment methods

You pay by card or digital wallet through Stripe, which complies with the PCI-DSS standard. We do not store any of your card details. If the payment is declined, the order is not concluded.

8. Delivery

Delivery is digital and without delay once payment is confirmed: you receive an email with the download link for the module for the Odoo version you chose, and the same file stays available in your purchases (we email you a link to get in), together with later updates. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, write to comercial@flexigobe.com and we will sort it out. If we do not deliver, you can terminate the contract and get back what you paid.

9. Withdrawal

As we sell only to businesses and professionals, there is no right of withdrawal.

If you nevertheless buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you made it, without giving a reason (articles 102 and 104 TRLGDCU). Just tell us before the period ends: email comercial@flexigobe.com with a clear statement or use the form in section 15. We will refund everything you paid within 14 days of your notice at the latest, using the same payment method and at no cost to you (article 107 TRLGDCU). Once you withdraw, stop using the module and delete its copies. The delivery email reminds you of all this.

10. If the module does not work

If the module does not work as described on its page, write to us and we will fix it. If that is not possible, we will lower the price or refund what you paid.

If you buy as a consumer, you also have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content: we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery (article 120.1 TRLGDCU), and you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, if that is not possible or we do not do it within a reasonable time, a price reduction or termination of the contract (articles 119 and 119 ter TRLGDCU). The EULA's warranty disclaimer does not apply to consumers.

11. Support and updates

Each purchase includes twelve months of module updates and direct technical support from the developer, from the invoice date. Migrations to a major Odoo version (for example, from Odoo 19 to Odoo 20) are not included and are quoted separately.

12. Licence to use

Use of the module is governed by the licence (EULA), which forms part of this contract and which you should read before buying. Modules published under AGPL-3.0 are governed by their own licence.

13. Personal data

The data you give us to buy is processed as explained in the Privacy Policy: the legal basis is performance of the contract and compliance with tax obligations.

14. Complaints, governing law and courts

You can complain by email to comercial@flexigobe.com, by phone on +34 616 809 504 or by post to the address in section 1. We will give you a reference number and answer within 15 days at most.

We are not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme. If you are a consumer and we do not resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing about a competent alternative dispute resolution body and whether we will take part in its procedure (article 40.3 of Spanish Law 7/2017). You can also contact the consumer services of your town or region. The European online dispute resolution platform stopped working on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).

This contract is governed by Spanish law. Both parties submit to the courts of Barcelona. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep the rights given to you by the law of the European Union country where you live.

15. Model withdrawal form
