Cookie policy

This policy explains what we store in your browser and which third-party services it connects to when you visit flexigotech.com, the shop (store.flexigotech.com) and the customer area (app.flexigotech.com), and how you can decide. The law treats cookies the same as any other way of storing or reading information on your device, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) or a tracking image inside an email (article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). The tables come from measuring each page with a browser that had no previous data, before and after deciding in the notice, on 30 September 2026.

This English version is a translation for reference only. The Spanish text is the one that applies.

1. What we store without asking you

The law allows storing without permission what is strictly necessary for a service you ask for (article 22.2 LSSI). None of this is used to track you or shared with anyone.

The support chat on flexigotech.com

The chat loads from our server bot.flexigotech.com.

Customer area (app.flexigotech.com)

The customer area does not load analytics, advertising or third-party services, which is why it does not show you the cookie notice.

Shop (store.flexigotech.com)

The shop pages (access to your purchases, free download and licence activation) store nothing in your browser and do not connect to third parties. Payment happens on Stripe's page (checkout.stripe.com), which uses its own cookies under its own policy.

2. Analytics, only if you accept it

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to learn which pages are useful and which are not. They do not load until you accept analytics in the notice.

When you accept, your browser connects to www.googletagmanager.com, to Google Analytics' measurement servers and to eu-assets.i.posthog.com, PostHog's European cloud. PostHog records the pages you see, clicks (including those that lead nowhere) and how long each page takes to load, and it may show you a short survey. PostHog's session recorder did not load during the measurement.

3. Advertising, only if you accept it

Advertising is a separate permission and its box starts unticked. If you accept it, Google Analytics turns on Google signals and your browser also connects to stats.g.doubleclick.net and www.google.es/ads/ga-audiences: Google may use your visit in its advertising lists and link it to your Google account if you are signed in to it. No advertising cookie was written on flexigotech.com during the measurement.

4. Third-party services that see your IP address

These services leave no cookies on flexigotech.com, but your browser connects to them and they see your IP address:

assets.calendly.com (Calendly) On the contact page, when it loads, before you open the calendar. Loads the calendar to book a video call. It leaves the __cf_bm cookie on the calendly.com domain, from Cloudflare, for 30 minutes, to tell people from bots. That cookie is governed by Calendly's policy.
fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (Google) Only on the three Arabic pages, when they load. Serve the Cairo typeface.
store.flexigotech.com On pages with the cart and when you come back from paying. Our shop server.
formsubmit.co (FormSubmit) Only when you send a contact form. Receives the form and forwards it to us by email.

5. Tracking images in our emails

While we change email provider, Brevo, which sends the emails from the customer area and the shop, adds an invisible image that tells it whether you open the email, and routes the links through its server to count clicks. We do not store opens or clicks in our database. We only look at that record in Brevo's dashboard when we need to check that an email reached you.

You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser. If you delete everything, your choice is deleted too and the notice will appear again.

8. Transfers outside the European Union

Google Analytics may process data in the United States; so may Calendly and jsDelivr. PostHog is set to its European cloud. The safeguard for each transfer is in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. If you reject analytics and advertising, you avoid the transfer to Google.

9. Changes

If we add or remove a tool, we update these tables and the version of this policy. As your choice is stored in your browser, if what we use something for changes, we will ask you again.
