1. Service provider details

Trademarks: the Company operates under the brands “Flexigobe” (hoses, flexible tubing and fittings, at flexigobe.com) and “FlexigoTech” (software, Odoo modules and connectors, and integration services, at flexigotech.com). Both brands belong to and are operated by Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L. Accordingly, invoices for FlexigoTech products and services are issued by the entity Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L. (Tax ID B56727993).

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website flexigotech.com and its subdomains. Under the FlexigoTech brand, the Company develops and distributes Odoo modules and connectors, integrates systems and provides custom development, automation and web development services.

The sale of modules and the contracting of services are additionally governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to this site is free of charge and implies acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the site, not to carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order, and not to introduce malicious code or attempt to access restricted areas.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this site (text, images, designs, logos, trademarks and source code) is the property of Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L. or of authorised third parties. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

Proprietary modules are licensed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1 (OPL-1), as set out in the End User Licence Agreement. Modules published under AGPL-3.0 are governed by their own licence (licensing guide). “Odoo” is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A.; it is mentioned for identification purposes only.

5. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for damages arising from errors or omissions in the informational content of the site, or from temporary unavailability due to technical reasons or force majeure. This exclusion does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the rights granted to consumers by consumer protection law, or contractual liability for products and services actually purchased, which is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company assumes no responsibility for their content or their privacy policies.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, processors and how to exercise your rights. The use of analytics cookies requires your consent (Article 22.2 LSSI) and you can change it at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer; the detail is in the Cookie Policy.

8. Purchasing modules and services

The purchase of modules through this site is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which cover pre-contractual information, the purchase process, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity. Use of the software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send any complaint to comercial@flexigobe.com, call +34 616 809 504 or write to our registered address. We will give you a reference number and answer within 15 days at most. We are not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme: if you are a consumer and we do not resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing about a competent alternative dispute resolution body and whether we will take part in its procedure (article 40.3 of Spanish Law 7/2017). You can also contact the consumer services of your town or region.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which is why its link is no longer provided.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence are competent and you retain the mandatory rights of the EU country where you reside. In business-to-business relations, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
