SuomiScrive Connector for Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20
Send quotations, invoices or any PDF for signature with Scrive eSign from Odoo, follow every signature live and keep the sealed PDF and its evidence on the record itself. Each signer can identify with Swedish or Norwegian BankID, MitID, FTN, itsme, Smart-ID, iDIN and other eID methods, which are a Scrive add-on.
Some features use a paid external service: the FlexigoTech Cloud subscription (from 29 EUR a month, VAT excluded). Scrive licences are contracted and paid for with Scrive.
What it does
- One-click sendingFrom quotations, invoices or any PDF attachment, with the wizard, in bulk or automatically on confirmation.
- eID per signerSwedish and Norwegian BankID, Danish MitID, Finnish FTN, iDIN, Freja, Onfido, OneID, Verimi, itsme (QES), Smart-ID (QES), Scrive QES or SMS PIN. Scrive enables them on your account; they depend on your Scrive plan and may cost extra.
- Live status and controlPending, signed, rejected, expired or cancelled: the status arrives instantly through secured callbacks, and an hourly check picks up anything missed. Manual and automatic reminders, prolonging, restarting, cancelling and resending.
- The evidence stays in OdooThe signed, sealed PDF and the complete evidence ZIP are stored on the source record.
- Roles, stages, templates and 19 signing languagesSigners, approvers and viewers with signing order stages; invitation by email, SMS, in person or by link; your Scrive templates; invitation and confirmation messages per document.
- Customer portal and Scrive eID HubYour contacts see the documents waiting for them in the portal and sign the ones they receive by link. With Scrive eID Hub, a separate Scrive product with its own contract, you can require an identity check before they see them.
- Several companies and accountsMulti-company and multi-account (production and testbed), kill switch, read-only connection test and a callback log that cleans itself up by age.

You pay FlexigoTech 9 € once for the module. Scrive licences (eSign for signing, and eID Hub if you use it) are contracted and paid for directly with Scrive. The FlexigoTech Cloud subscription is optional.
Every day it checks the official sources we follow for this module and alerts you when they change, with a calendar of their deadlines. It also monitors the health of the module in your database and gives you support with response times: the first response within 1 working day. It costs 29 € a month or 290 € a year per production database, VAT excluded, with the staging and test copies included, and comes with a 14-day trial, no card required.
Your data is still yours, and you can always view and export it. Without the subscription, the alerts, the calendar and the monitoring of the module stop. Configuration help and bug fixes are always provided to buyers.
No. The documents, the signers' details and the evidence go directly from your Odoo to Scrive, with your own access and under Scrive's terms.
No. It works on Community and Enterprise, on Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20, on Odoo.sh or on your own server. It is not compatible with Odoo Online.
Install the module, open Scrive › Configuration › Accounts, fetch your credentials with your Scrive login (or paste the four tokens) and press Test Connection. It works with any Scrive account, including the free trial, and with the Scrive API Testbed for risk-free testing. eID methods are not included in the Scrive trial.
