Complete Signaturit Group integration — a European Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) on the EU Trust List: simple signatures (PIN or acceptance), advanced signatures with biometrics or with a digital certificate, certified email and certified SMS, from quotations, invoices, purchase orders, contacts and any PDF attachment. Signed evidence and the audit trail come back into Odoo automatically. Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20.

The live Signaturit connection runs on a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription; without it there is no live connection, and anything already in Odoo stays available. To try it, Signaturit's sandbox is a real test account, and the module ships demo data for a test database. Production needs a Signaturit plan that includes API access (check it with Signaturit); the sandbox account is free for trial.

For Odoo.sh or your own server. It does not work on Odoo Online.

What it does

Price

You buy the module on the Odoo App Store, per Odoo version. Sending and receiving with Signaturit also needs a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription, per production database, with a 14-day trial and no card. Prices exclude VAT.

What do I need to get started?

A Signaturit account on a plan that includes API access (check it with Signaturit); Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 on Odoo.sh or your own server; and the FlexigoTech Cloud subscription (14-day trial, no card) for the live connection. Signaturit offers a free sandbox account to try before you commit.

Which signatures are qualified?

Signaturit Group is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) on the EU and Spanish Trust Lists, compliant with eIDAS (Reg. 910/2014) and Law 6/2020. The signature category (simple, advanced with biometrics or advanced with certificate) is your pick per document.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

Signaturit sending and status updates stop. Everything already signed and archived in Odoo stays readable and exportable: we never block Odoo or delete anything.
