Gender pay gap and pay register computed inside Odoo
The 10 gender pay gap metrics required by Directive (EU) 2023/970, the Spanish Registro Retributivo (RD 902/2020) and the joint pay assessment workflow, on the payroll data you already keep in Odoo. No separate SaaS, no CSV export to a consultancy.

What it does
10 pay gap metrics
Mean and median gap, by component, by category and by quartile, computed straight from Odoo payroll or a CSV.
Registro Retributivo (RD 902/2020)
Register ready to file, with equal-value worker categories and validity period.
Joint Pay Assessment (JPA)
If a category gap exceeds 5% a JPA opens with a 6-month deadline and an overdue alert.
EU transparency report
Report per cycle with period and state, prepared for the first June 2027 filing date.
Right to information and notices
Employee information requests and pay-secrecy notices handled inside the module.
Budget simulation
Work out what closing the gap would cost before approving the raise, with an immutable audit log.
