How FlexigoTech Pay Equity Base works in Odoo: menus, models and records

FlexigoTech Pay Equity Base adds a Pay Equity menu to Odoo 19 with two branches: Setup (worker categories, EIGE job evaluation, pay criteria, country configuration and an EIGE wizard) and Compliance (an access audit log). Under the hood it stores the job evaluation system, its factors and levels, a score per job and an audit log of access to sensitive data. Below, each piece is answered as a question, along with which part relies on a paid external service.

Which menus does FlexigoTech Pay Equity Base add?

The module hangs off a main menu with two branches: Pay Equity › Setup and Pay Equity › Compliance. The Odoo Apps listing sums it up with the heading «EIGE job evaluation and pay criteria in Odoo».

What is in Pay Equity › Setup?

Five entries: Pay Equity › Setup › Worker Categories, Pay Equity › Setup › Job Evaluation (EIGE), Pay Equity › Setup › Pay Criteria, Pay Equity › Setup › Country Configuration and Pay Equity › Setup › Setup EIGE Methodology. Alongside those menus, the module defines models with matching names: paytrans.worker.category, which it describes as a worker category for equal value comparison, referencing Art. 4 of Directive 2023/970 and RD 902/2020; paytrans.job.evaluation, a job evaluation system using the EIGE methodology, referencing Art. 4(4) of the same directive; paytrans.pay.criteria, pay-setting and progression criteria, referencing its Art. 6; paytrans.country.config, the country configuration; and paytrans.eige.setup.wizard, described as «EIGE Methodology setup wizard». Those legal references are the ones the module itself puts in its descriptions, not a legal reading of ours.

And what is in Pay Equity › Compliance?

One entry: Pay Equity › Compliance › Access Audit Log. Behind it sits the paytrans.access.log model, which the module describes as «GDPR-compliant audit log for sensitive data access», referencing Art. 12 of Directive 2023/970. It also defines paytrans.audit.mixin, described as «GDPR audit mixin for sensitive pay equity data access». What data does it keep for job evaluation?

Job evaluation is split across several models. paytrans.job.evaluation is the evaluation system; paytrans.evaluation.factor holds each EIGE evaluation factor; paytrans.factor.level holds the levels of each factor; and paytrans.job.score stores the EIGE job evaluation score per job position (hr.job), so the score is tied to the job you already have in Odoo. Pay criteria live separately, in paytrans.pay.criteria.

Which states does a record go through?

The lists in the screenshots have a status column: the evaluation systems show Approved and the information requests list shows Pending. The screenshots come from a database with test data.

Version, price and the part that uses an external service

Which Odoo version is it published for?

On Odoo Apps it is published for Odoo 19. If you are on another version, check whether the module fits your company before planning anything. On the Odoo App Store each Odoo version is bought there; with the subscription, the module for new versions is included if you bought it on flexigotech.com.

Which part depends on a paid service?

The listing flags it in its own section: «Before you buy: some features of this app use a paid external service». It is a module with a local FlexigoTech Cloud service. The module costs €9 on Odoo Apps for Odoo 19, a one-off payment per version, excluding VAT, and the local service is separate: €29/month or €290/year excluding VAT (Pro: €58/month or €580/year excluding VAT). The listing also has a Privacy policy section; read it before switching the service on, especially if you will be handling pay data.

What happens if I have no subscription or it is suspended?

Whatever the subscription provides stops, but your data stays in your Odoo. What you have recorded under the Setup and Compliance menus remains in your database.
