The catalog, price and stock sync uses ChannelEngine's public Merchant API; the order and returns formats are flagged in the code where they are a reasonable approximation pending direct developer access.
Yes. You can have several ChannelEngine accounts in the same Odoo database, for example one per brand or legal entity, and each account distributes to every marketplace you have active on ChannelEngine.
