Flexigo Hospitality Properties and Rooms

Flexigo Hospitality Properties and Rooms: does it fit your Odoo, and in which version?

Flexigo Hospitality Properties and Rooms is published on Odoo Apps for Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0, and it is a module with a FlexigoTech Cloud local service: you buy the module per version and, separately, decide whether to subscribe to the service. It fits if your database runs one of those versions and you are happy for your Odoo to request its service permit every 6 hours. It does not cover migrating your database to another Odoo version or third-party costs.

What you are really deciding: module and service

Flexigo Hospitality Properties and Rooms is a module with a FlexigoTech Cloud local service. That means two separate decisions: which version of the module you buy, and whether you take out the subscription that the service provides.

The module costs €9 per Odoo version, a one-off payment, excluding VAT, for 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0. The local service costs €29/month or €290/year excluding VAT, and the Pro plan €58/month or €580/year excluding VAT.

Without a subscription, or with the service suspended, whatever the subscription provides stops, and your data stays in your Odoo. So the first question is which part you want to use and whether a recurring fee makes sense for you.

Which Odoo versions it is published for

The check on 03-11-2026 found the Odoo Apps listing for each of these versions responding with code 200:

  • 17.0
  • 18.0
  • 19.0

That check only covers these versions. Before you buy, open the Odoo Apps listing and pick the version that matches your database, because payment is per version.

What changes when you upgrade Odoo

Where you bought the module matters here:

  • If you bought it on flexigotech.com and have the subscription, the module for new Odoo versions is included.
  • If you bought it on the Odoo App Store, each Odoo version is bought there.

Migrating the database is a separate matter: the service does not take care of migrating your database to a new Odoo version. That part sits outside the service.

What the service does see is which version you are on: your database sends its Odoo version and the FlexigoTech modules installed, each with its version.

What the service covers and what it leaves out

According to the listing, the service includes:

  • Monitoring of the module's reference sources, with their alerts and the calendar of their deadlines.
  • Monitoring of the module's health in your database, with alerts.
  • Support with response times: the first response within 1 working day.

Explicitly left out:

  • Migrating your database to a new Odoo version.
  • Third-party costs: you contract and pay for your account on each platform, Odoo and your hosting yourself.

The listing also names these points: configuring the module for you (the setup), importing historical data, customising the module or custom development, support for modules that are not ours, and the service on the staging and test copies of your database. Read them on the module page to see which side each one falls on before you count on it.

The listing also mentions payment from Odoo, a check of the service every 6 hours with health reports, and a notice when you uninstall the module.

What your database sends to the service

If you are wondering what leaves your Odoo, the listing spells it out. Your database sends:

  • The database identifier (uuid), its address (URL) and the Odoo version.
  • The FlexigoTech modules installed, with their version, and whether the database is a neutralised copy (staging or test).
  • The company name and the email of the person who accepts, with the date and version of the text accepted.
  • A public code to check that requests come from that database, and a proof that it is that database, computed on your server without sending its secret.
  • A request for its service permit every 6 hours, and the module's health: counters and errors (type and code), without the content of your records.
  • Its requests for the module's alerts and calendar, with the date of the last alert received: the database identifies itself and sends nothing else.

All connections to the servers are encrypted (HTTPS) and the servers are in Germany. Anything erased may remain in the backups until they expire, at most after 90 days.

How to try it before going live

Install it first on a copy of your database, on the same Odoo version you use in production, and go through the screens before deciding. Bear in mind that the database tells the service whether it is a neutralised copy (staging or test). For the settings and fields you need to fill in, follow the setup guide.
