What the suite covers according to its listing
The Odoo Apps listing presents the module alongside a FlexigoTech Cloud local service. Among what it lists for that service:
- Monitoring of the module's official sources, with their alerts and the calendar of their deadlines.
- Monitoring of the module's health in your database, also with alerts.
- Support with response times: the first response within 1 working day.
- The service on the staging and test copies of your database.

What is left out or falls to you
Two points are clear in the listing:
- Migrations. FlexigoTech does not take care of migrating your database to a new Odoo version.
- Third-party costs. You contract and pay for your account on each platform, Odoo and your hosting yourself.
The listing also mentions customisation of the module or custom development, configuring the module for you (the setup), importing historical data and support for modules that are not ours. Read those points in the listing itself before subscribing to see how they apply to you.
And without a subscription, or with the service suspended, whatever the subscription provides stops; your data stays in your Odoo.

Which Odoo versions it is published for and what it costs
The module is published on Odoo Apps for 17.0, 18.0, 19.0 and 20.0; each version's listing was responding on 03-11-2026. On Odoo Apps it costs €9 per Odoo version, one-off and excluding VAT, the same for 17, 18, 19 and 20; the local service is separate, at €29/month or €290/year excluding VAT (Pro: €58/month or €580/year).
You can buy it from the Odoo Apps listing or from the module page on flexigotech.com. Where you buy it matters when you upgrade, as explained below.
What changes when you upgrade Odoo
The listing and the pricing terms leave three points:
- With the subscription, the module for new Odoo versions is included if you bought it on flexigotech.com.
- If you bought it on the Odoo App Store, each Odoo version is bought there.
- Migrating your database to the new version is not something FlexigoTech does as part of this service.
If you plan to move, say, from Odoo 18 to Odoo 19 in 2027, choose where to buy with that in mind, and have the database migration covered elsewhere.
What your database sends to the service
To decide, it helps to know what leaves your Odoo. According to the listing, the database sends:
- The database identifier (uuid), its address (URL) and the Odoo version.
- The FlexigoTech modules installed, with their version, and whether the database is a neutralized copy (staging or test).
- The company name and the email of the person who accepts, with the date and version of the text accepted.
- A public code to check that requests come from that database, and a proof that it is that database, computed on your server without sending its secret.
- A request for its service permit every 6 hours, and the module's health: counters and errors (type and code), without the content of your records.
- Its requests for the module's alerts and calendar, with the date of the last alert received: the database identifies itself and sends nothing else.
The listing also mentions a notice when you uninstall the module. All connections to the servers are encrypted (HTTPS), the servers are in Germany, and FlexigoTech Cloud's security measures are set out in Annex II of its data processing agreement. For anything about your data: comercial@flexigobe.com.
What to have ready before installing it
- A database on Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20, and the module version that matches it.
- Your Odoo account and hosting, contracted and paid for by you.
- The person who will accept the service text, since their email and the date and version of what was accepted are sent.
- A staging or test copy to try things on before touching production.
- A decision on where to buy (flexigotech.com or the Odoo App Store), because of what happens with new versions.
How to try it before going live
The listing includes the service on staging and test copies, and the database tells the service whether it is a neutralized copy. Install the module on that copy first, go through its lists and, once you are happy, move it to production. Which settings to fill in is covered in the setup guide.

Criteria to decide whether it suits you
| If this applies to you | What suits you |
|---|---|
| You run Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 | Buy the module version that matches your Odoo |
| You want alerts from the module's official sources and its deadline calendar | That is what the listing puts under the local service |
| You plan to upgrade and want the module for the new version included | Buy it on flexigotech.com and keep the subscription |
| You need someone to migrate your database | The listing leaves it out of the service: sort it out separately |
| You want to adapt the module or import historical data | The listing mentions both: check how they are handled before subscribing |
| You may drop the subscription later | What the subscription provides stops and your data stays in your Odoo |
