You sell the same unit twice
You have one left. It sells on Amazon, and before you take it off Shopify, someone buys it there too. Now you have to cancel an order and explain why.
If you sell on Amazon, Shopify, Temu or your own website and keep stock and invoices by hand, we bring it all into one place. When one store sells, stock goes down in the others, and with Odoo the invoice comes straight from the order.
One store is easy to manage. From the second one on, every sale has to be recorded in several places, and that is where mistakes start.

Each store shows its own number and none of them matches what is on the shelf. You fix it by hand, and a week later it is off again.
You copy every order into your invoicing software or a spreadsheet. A few orders a day already eat hours, and the mistakes show up when you close the quarter.
Two researchers checked nearly 370,000 inventory records from 37 stores of one retailer. In 65% of them, what the system said did not match what was in the store.
If you ship your own Amazon orders, Amazon recommends keeping the orders you cancel as a seller (counted over 7-day periods) below 2.5%. Above that, it may deactivate your self-fulfilled offers. Selling a unit you no longer have ends up as one of those cancellations.
Which one suits you depends on how much you sell and how much you want to change the way you work.
We set you up on Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 with the connectors for your stores. Odoo keeps the stock, receives the orders from all of them and makes the invoices; when one store sells, it sends the new stock to the others (on ManoMano, you publish the stock from Odoo yourself). Each product page says which Odoo versions its connector supports and what it costs.
Amazon · Shopify · Temu · ManoMano · Mirakl · AliExpress · all connectors
If you would rather not take on an ERP, we build an integration that connects only what you need. For example, your website's stock becomes the one that counts and is copied to Amazon and Temu. Before we start, you get a fixed quote, the same as with our custom development.
You pay for the module once. Connectors that run on FlexigoTech Cloud also need a subscription, monthly or yearly. The amounts are on the pricing page and on each connector's page; a custom integration comes with its own quote.
Tell us where you sell and how you handle stock and invoices today. We will tell you whether Odoo or a small integration makes more sense for you.
