Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of Klaviyo for Odoo and of its sign-in relay.
The product
Klaviyo for Odoo is an Odoo app published by Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L., which sells software under the FlexigoTech brand (Tax ID (NIF) B56727993, Calle Roger de Llúria 54, principal 1.ª B, 08009 Barcelona, Spain). It is one app: a core module and parts that switch on by themselves when the matching Odoo app is installed. The modules are licensed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1).
Your responsibilities
- You need your own Klaviyo account and must follow Klaviyo's terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
- You decide which data is sent, and you are responsible for the legal basis of sending it, including consent for marketing.
- You keep your Odoo secure and up to date.
What we provide
- The modules, for Odoo 17.0, 18.0, 19.0 and 20.0.
- Updates to keep the modules working with those Odoo versions and with the Klaviyo API.
- The sign-in relay at connect.flexigotech.com, so you do not have to register your own Klaviyo app.
- Support as described on the support page.
Limits
- We do not promise that Klaviyo, the relay or your Odoo will be available at all times. Existing connections keep working when the relay is down, and new connections wait.
- We are not responsible for messages sent to your customers through Klaviyo.
- The modules are provided as described in the user guide. The OPL-1 licence provides them "as is", without warranty of any kind, and excludes the authors' liability for any claim arising from the software. This does not exclude liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer protection law gives to consumers.
Access and price
Klaviyo for Odoo is available for Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20 under the OPL-1 licence. To get access and the price, write to comercial@flexigobe.com.
Ending
You can stop using the modules at any time by uninstalling them. Uninstalling revokes the Klaviyo token and deletes the webhook. If we decide to stop offering the relay, we will announce it in advance on the support page.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Both parties submit to the courts of Barcelona. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep the rights given to you by the law of the European Union country where you live.
