Last.app Connector for Odoo: your restaurant's takings land in Odoo's books on their own

For restaurants, bars and groups running Last.app as POS and Odoo as accounting. Tickets, payments, tips, VAT, customers, loyalty points, reservations and menu sync without exporting files and without copying keys. Last.app stays your POS and invoicing system (Last.app files tickets with Spain's AEAT via VERI*FACTU); Odoo books a daily summary journal entry per tax rate and payment method, so no sale is ever booked twice. The live Last.app connection runs on a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription; without it there is no live connection, and anything already in Odoo stays readable and exportable. To see it first, the module ships demo data for a test database.

For Odoo.sh or your own server. It does not work on Odoo Online.

What it does

  • A proper daily summary journal entrySales per VAT rate against a payments clearing account, broken down by payment method. The fiscal date is the ticket's close time in the venue's time zone (Mainland or Canary Islands).
  • Invoice per ticket, only if you do not run VERI*FACTU from OdooOptional: one invoice per ticket with its payment. If your Odoo already sends VERI*FACTU or SII, the module blocks this mode, unless a manager allows it (and that is logged), and tells you why, so you never file twice.
  • Real stock: sales, kits and out-of-stock flagsDaily inventory consumption from sales, with bills of materials and modifiers. Marks a product as out-of-stock in Last.app when it runs out in Odoo (threshold and margin) and back to available when it returns.
  • Promotions in the POS, in real timeLink a customer to a table in the POS and Last.app asks Odoo which promotions apply: they show up under Apply discount › Promotion. On check-out, Odoo redeems the points from the loyalty program.
  • Reservations, opening hours and menuLast.app reservations in Odoo's calendar (and created from Odoo if you enable it); opening hours, special dates and closures as working calendars; menu import (products, combos, modifiers, allergens) matched by internal reference.
  • Nothing goes missing, nothing is silently reconciledLast.app events are kept in an ordered inbox; a scheduled reconciliation pass recovers anything that never arrived. Whatever cannot be booked (mixed VAT, unmapped payment method, locked period…) goes to a review queue with a plain-language reason and a one-click fix; the rest of the day is booked as usual.

You buy the module on the Odoo App Store, per Odoo version. Sending and receiving with Last.app also needs a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription, per production database, with a 14-day trial and no card. Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect to Last.app?

In Odoo you press Connect to Last.app and get a 12-character code. You paste it into Last.app Admin › Integrations › Odoo · flexigotech, in the Integration token field, and go back to Odoo: your venue shows up in seconds. No developer portal involved. New connections always go through FlexigoTech Cloud; an own integrator token only works for the connections made before version 1.2.0.

What about VERI*FACTU and the Spanish tax office?

Last.app remains the issuer of the tickets and the one filing them with the Spanish tax office via VERI*FACTU. The connector never re-issues anything: it lands the daily summary journal entry in Odoo and, optionally, the credit notes, so no sale is ever filed twice.

What do I need to get started?

A Last.app account with one or more venues registered; Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 on Odoo.sh or your own server; and the FlexigoTech Cloud subscription (14-day trial, no card) for the live connection. A guided setup in Odoo (journal, accounts, taxes, payment methods, warehouse and go-live date) gets everything ready in 8 steps.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

The Last.app sync stops. Everything already in Odoo stays readable and exportable: we never block Odoo or delete anything.
