SEPA Direct Debit with GoCardless in Odoo
Your customer signs the mandate once and Odoo collects their invoices against it. Every payout goes into your accounting with its fees. It also works on Odoo Community, without Enterprise.

What it does
- SEPA mandate, signed onceThe customer signs it on the GoCardless page, in their own language, and Odoo saves it as a payment method.
- Invoice collectionEach invoice is collected against the mandate, from the customer portal or from the invoice itself. SEPA Core, in euros.
- Failed payments and chargebacksRetries failed collections with Success+. If a late failure or a chargeback comes in, the payment is reversed and the invoice is open again.
- Payouts in your booksEach payout is imported with its breakdown and fees, in one balanced journal entry that settles the collections.
- Refunds and cancelled mandatesRefund from the transaction once it has been paid out. A cancelled mandate is archived and flagged on the contact.
- The mandates you already haveImports your GoCardless mandates and matches them to your contacts by email, metadata or name and postcode. You review the matches.

The customer signs the mandate
Once, on the GoCardless page. The mandate is then active in Odoo.
The invoice is collected by direct debit
Odoo collects the invoice against the mandate, from the portal or from the invoice.
The payout goes into your accounting
The collection, the GoCardless fee and the net amount to the bank, in one balanced entry per payout.

You buy the module on the Odoo App Store, per Odoo version. FlexigoTech Cloud is optional, per production database, with a 14-day trial and no card. Prices exclude VAT.

Without FlexigoTech Cloud, the module runs in advanced mode: you paste your GoCardless access token and set up the webhook yourself. Collections, refunds and payouts go from your Odoo to GoCardless either way.

Frequently asked questions
No. It works on Odoo Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or your own server, without Enterprise's SEPA Direct Debit module (account_sepa_direct_debit). It does not work on Odoo Online.
No. FlexigoTech Cloud gives you the two-click connection to GoCardless and its events in real time. Without it, you paste your access token and create the webhook in GoCardless; collections work the same.
