SERES Connector for Odoo: if your company invoices through SERES, send and receive its e-invoices from Odoo

The module drops Odoo's customer invoices into your SERES SFTP mailbox, as FUFAE, Facturae 3.2.2 or Connect INVOIC, and collects vendor bills and the statuses SERES sends back from there. Every invoice gets its own document in Odoo, with its status and history. Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20. Sending and receiving with SERES run on a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription.

Nothing is sent to or received from SERES yet: the real exchange starts once SERES confirms to FlexigoTech the addresses and fingerprints of its SFTP servers. Until then, Odoo says so when you save your mailbox. Tested against a test SFTP mailbox, not against the SERES servers.

For Odoo.sh or your own server. It does not work on Odoo Online.

What it does

Delivery to the SERES SFTP mailboxCustomer invoices leave Odoo for your SERES mailbox as FUFAE (the default), Facturae 3.2.2 or Connect INVOIC. You set the format per account and can override it for a given customer.
Vendor bills as draftsFacturae files that reach the mailbox come in as draft vendor bills, read by Odoo's own importer. A batch file gives one document per invoice. None of them is posted on its own.
Statuses both waysIt collects delivery statuses (DeliveryFeedback) and the SERES translator's responses, and sends acknowledgements back. When you accept a received invoice, reject it with a reason or mark it paid, the status goes back to SERES.
Checked against the official XSDEvery Facturae generated and every file received is checked against the Facturae3_2_2.xsd schema from facturae.gob.es, bundled with the module. If a generated invoice fails, the document goes to error with the reason; for received files the result is recorded.
Records and deadlines in OdooOne document per issued invoice and one per received invoice, with status, history and per-company separation. Received files are kept byte for byte as they arrived. Internal reminders 4 calendar days after sending and after receiving (Art. 8, Ley Crea y Crece).
Partner file, orders and despatch adviceIt builds the customer and vendor registration file for SERES Connect V5. If you use Sales and Inventory, a bridge module that installs automatically reads the EANCOM ORDERS you upload into quotations and writes the DESADV dispatch advice; these files do not go through SERES.

Odoo builds the customer invoice file in the account's format and drops it into your SERES SFTP mailbox through FlexigoTech Cloud.

You buy the module on the Odoo App Store, per Odoo version. Sending and receiving with SERES also needs a FlexigoTech Cloud subscription, per production database, with a 14-day trial and no card. Prices exclude VAT. Until SERES confirms its SFTP servers, neither the trial nor the subscription sends or receives anything.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to get started?

Your contract and SFTP mailbox with SERES; Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 on Odoo.sh or your own server, with Odoo's Spanish e-invoicing module (l10n_es_edi_facturae); and the FlexigoTech Cloud subscription. The mailbox credentials are stored encrypted in FlexigoTech Cloud, never in Odoo.

Which way do the invoices travel?

Through FlexigoTech Cloud, FlexigoTech's service on our servers in Germany. The gateway opens your SERES SFTP mailbox with your encrypted credentials, checks the SERES server key on every connection and keeps the files only for the time needed to deliver them. It only connects to the SERES SFTP servers on its list, which stays empty until SERES confirms their addresses and fingerprints to FlexigoTech: until then nothing is sent or received.

Does it post the bills or handle the legal side?

Vendor bills come in as drafts and you post them. The connector shows you the statuses and deadlines; SERES performs the legal processing. It does not use the SERES REST API either: documents go through your SFTP mailbox.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

Sending and receiving with SERES stop. Everything already in Odoo stays readable and exportable: we never block Odoo or delete anything in it.
