Cookie Policy

This page explains, item by item, what FlexigoTech stores in your browser when you visit flexigotech.com, what each item is for, how long it lasts and how you can accept it, reject it or change your mind. It is not boilerplate: the list was obtained by inspecting what this site actually writes.

Last updated: 9 September 2026.

2. What we mean by “cookie”

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Spanish law (article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency apply the same rules to any other way of storing or reading information on your device, such as localStorage or sessionStorage. That is why this policy also covers those technologies, even though technically they are not cookies.

3. Technical or necessary storage (no permission required)

This is the minimum needed for the site to work and to respect your own decision about cookies. It is not used to profile you and it is not shared with anyone. It is exempt from consent under article 22.2 LSSI.

ft_consentlocalStorageFirst party (flexigotech.com)Stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so the banner is not shown again on every page.Persistent until you clear it in your browser or change your choice.
ft_consent_adslocalStorageFirst party (flexigotech.com)Stores the ADVERTISING consent, which is independent from the analytics one. If it is missing or set to “denied”, the site enables no Google advertising signal at all (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization or Google Signals).Persistent until you clear it in your browser or change your choice.
ft_langlocalStorageFirst partyRemembers the language you selected (Spanish, English or Catalan).Persistent until you clear it.
fgt_cartlocalStorageFirst partyKeeps the modules you added to the shop cart while you browse.Persistent until you empty the cart or clear your browser data.
fgt_odoo_versionlocalStorageFirst partyRemembers the Odoo version (17, 18 or 19) you selected, so the right module is shown.Persistent until you clear it.
ssb_session_id_flexigotech, ssb_soundlocalStorageFirst party (Atendyo chatbot, hosted on hf.space)They identify your conversation in the support chat and remember whether you muted its sound. They are written only if you open the chat; simply visiting the site does not write them.Persistent until you clear it.

4. Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

We use two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. They tell us which pages are useful and which are not; we neither sell nor transfer that data. Neither of them starts until you click “Accept” in the banner. If you click “Reject”, they are not loaded and anything they had left behind is deleted.

No identified profile is created: the site uses identified_only mode and we never call the identify function.365 days (value actually measured on this site).
ph_…_window_id, ph_…_posthog, ph_…_session_registered_properties, ph_…_primary_window_existssessionStoragePostHogGroup the pages you view into a single session and a single tab.Until you close the tab.

Until 9 September 2026, PostHog loaded on this site before the visitor made a choice, which breached article 22.2 LSSI. This has been fixed: neither Google Analytics nor PostHog now loads until you click “Accept”. We say so here because we would rather state it than hide it.

5. Third-party services loaded when you use certain features

ServiceWhen it loadsWhat it involves
Calendly (assets.calendly.com, calendly.com)On the contact page, to book a video call.Calendly sets its own cookies when you open its calendar, among them __cf_bm (a Cloudflare technical cookie, 30 minutes, used to tell human traffic from bots). They are governed by Calendly's policy, not ours.
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co)Only when you submit a contact form.It forwards the form contents to comercial@flexigobe.com. It sets no tracking cookies on this domain.
jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) on the two Arabic pages onlyjsDelivr, on the pages that still use Font Awesome icons. Google Fonts, only on the two Arabic pages, for the Cairo typeface. They set no cookies, but your browser connects to those servers and they see your IP address. The site's main typeface is already served from flexigotech.com, with no call to Google.
Atendyo support chat (hf.space)The chat script loads on every page; storage is only written if you open the conversation. The chat is a FlexigoTech service hosted on a Hugging Face server. It stores a conversation identifier in your browser so the thread can be continued (see the previous table).

6. Legal basis

Neither Google Analytics nor PostHog is used for personalised advertising on this site: there are no advertising pixels and no remarketing cookies. The site declares Google Consent Mode v2 with everything denied by default. Until 10 September 2026, however, clicking “Accept” also set ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to granted: accepting MEASUREMENT switched on Google's advertising signals as a side effect. Fixed: analytics and advertising are now two independent checkboxes in the banner, and the advertising one is always unticked. Anyone who accepted before does not inherit the advertising permission. 7. International transfers

PostHog is configured against its European cloud (eu.i.posthog.com), so analytics data is hosted in the European Union. Google Analytics may involve a transfer to the United States; where it does, it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework, and the site enables IP anonymisation. You can avoid that transfer entirely simply by rejecting analytics cookies.

8. How to accept, reject or change your mind

9. How to delete or block cookies from your browser

Beyond the banner, you can manage and delete cookies (and local storage) directly in your browser. Note that if you delete everything, your saved preference goes too and the banner will appear again.

BrowserWhere to configure it
Google ChromeMenu ⋮ → Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
Mozilla FirefoxMenu ☰ → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
Safari (macOS)Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Safari (iOS / iPadOS)Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
Microsoft EdgeMenu … → Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Android (Chrome)Chrome → ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → Cookies.

Menus change between versions; if you cannot find the option, search for “cookies” in your browser's settings search box. Private or incognito browsing clears everything when you close the window.

10. Your rights and where to complain

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to comercial@flexigobe.com. The detail is in our Privacy Policy and the company details are in the Legal Notice. If you believe we have not handled your request, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

11. Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a tool, we update these tables and the date above. Since your analytics consent is stored in your browser, a material change of purpose means asking you again.
