General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of modules and software licences at flexigotech.com. They are provided in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). Last updated: September 2026.
1. Who is selling
Invoices for FlexigoTech products and services are issued by this company.
2. Subject matter and scope
These terms apply to the purchase of Odoo modules and connectors through this site and its payment gateway. What you buy is a licence to use the software, delivered electronically, on the terms of the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
What is out of scope: purchases made on the Odoo App Store are governed by Odoo S.A.’s terms; implementation, integration or custom development services are governed by the proposal accepted in each case.
3. Who can buy
Any person over 18 with legal capacity, and any business or professional, may buy. The rights of withdrawal and legal guarantee explained below apply only to those contracting as a consumer (Art. 3 TRLGDCU: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession). Those buying as a business or professional do not have them.
4. Pre-contractual information
Before paying, the page for each module and the cart show you (Art. 97 TRLGDCU):
- What the module does and which Odoo versions it is delivered for.
- What the price includes: source code, 12 months of updates and direct support from the developer.
- The price and the payment method.
- That delivery is electronic and immediate once payment is confirmed.
- Important technical requirement: Odoo Online (SaaS, *.odoo.com) does not support third-party modules. You need Odoo.sh or an on-premise installation. We warn you about this in the cart before payment.
- The applicable licence (OPL-1) and its usage limits.
5. How the purchase is concluded
You add the module to the cart, choose the Odoo version, review the amount and complete the purchase at the payment gateway. The contract is concluded when payment is approved. You will then receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours (Arts. 27 and 28 LSSI), with the download link and the licence. The contract text is archived and you may request a copy at comercial@flexigobe.com.
The contract may be concluded in Catalan, Spanish or English, depending on the language you select on the site. Before confirming payment you can correct any data or remove items from the cart.
6. Prices, taxes and invoice
Prices are shown in euros. The total amount you will pay, including any taxes applicable according to your country and your status (consumer, or business with a valid intra-EU VAT number), is displayed on the payment screen before you confirm the order. We issue an invoice for every purchase and send it to you by email.
7. Payment methods
Payment is made by card or digital wallet through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store any of your card data. If payment is declined, the order is not concluded.
8. Delivery
Delivery is digital and without undue delay once payment is confirmed: you receive an email with the download link for the module for the Odoo version you chose, and the same file remains available in your customer account together with subsequent updates. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, write to comercial@flexigobe.com and we will sort it out; if we fail to deliver, you may terminate the contract and recover the amount paid (Art. 66 bis TRLGDCU).
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty (Arts. 102 and 104 TRLGDCU). The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, since this is digital content.
Legal exception. Article 103(m) TRLGDCU allows this right to be lost where the content is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, the consumer having expressly acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, with confirmation on a durable medium. Until we collect that express consent during checkout, we will honour withdrawal within the 14 days, even if you have already downloaded the module.
How to withdraw: send us an email at comercial@flexigobe.com with an unequivocal statement, or use the form in section 15. We will refund everything you paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your notice, using the same payment method you used and at no cost to you (Art. 107 TRLGDCU). From the moment of withdrawal you must stop using the module and delete all copies.
This right does not apply to purchases made by businesses or professionals.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
We are liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the digital content becoming apparent within two years of supply (Art. 120.1 TRLGDCU); where supply is continuous, throughout the agreed period (Art. 120.2). The action expires five years after the lack of conformity becomes apparent (Art. 124).
In the event of a lack of conformity you may require the content to be brought into conformity and, where that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or termination of the contract (Arts. 119 and 119 ter TRLGDCU). We also undertake to provide the updates necessary to keep the module in conformity (Art. 115 ter TRLGDCU). This guarantee is independent of the EULA’s warranty disclaimer, which does not apply to consumers.
11. Support and updates
Each purchase includes twelve (12) months of module updates and direct technical support from the developer, from the invoice date. Migrations to a major Odoo version (for example, from Odoo 19 to Odoo 20) are not included and are quoted separately. This section does not limit the legal guarantee in section 10.
12. Licence to use
Use of the module is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (OPL-1), which forms part of this contract and which you should read before buying. Modules published under AGPL-3.0 are governed by their own licence.
13. Personal data
The data you give us in order to buy is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy: the legal basis is performance of the contract and compliance with tax obligations.
14. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
You may complain at comercial@flexigobe.com and we will reply within one month at the latest. If you are a consumer, you may turn to the consumer protection services of your municipality or region. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
This contract is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile are competent and you retain the mandatory rights of the EU country where you reside. In business-to-business relations, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
15. Model withdrawal form
You only need to use it if you wish to withdraw from the contract (Annex A TRLGDCU):

Order no.: ____________________
Ordered on: ____ / ____ / ______
