What «tested on a real Odoo 20 install with Enterprise» means
Every one of these modules has been ported to Odoo 20, installed on a real Odoo 20.0 FINAL with Enterprise turned on, and run through its entire test suite — at least one test, none skipped. Only when everything comes out green does the 20.0 branch get published on the App Store. A clean install is not enough: some Odoo 20 changes (attachments, for example) raise no error on install and only a test that actually reads the result catches them.
