The problem we solve

This is your company before and after Odoo

Without Odoo — Operational chaos
Tools that don't communicate with each other
  • Stock in Excel out of date — you sell what you don't have
  • Orders from Amazon, Shopify and your website in separate systems
  • Hand-generated invoices from Word templates
  • Transport labels that you copy and paste on the carrier's website
  • Picking errors because stock is not synchronized
  • Duplicate customer data on 3 different platforms
  • You don't know what margin you really have on each order
With Odoo 19 — Full control
A single system for all operations
  • Stock in real time synchronized with all your sales channels
  • Amazon, Shopify, own website — all orders in Odoo automatically
  • Invoices generated and sent automatically from the order
  • MRW or Correos Express label with one click from the delivery note
  • Location-guided picking — zero errors in the warehouse
  • Unified CRM with all customer history
  • Real-time profitability dashboard by product and channel
Who is it for?

Designed for companies that sell seriously

If your business handles more than 100 orders a day or has more than 1,000 references, you need an ERP. And if you're going to implement an ERP, Odoo 19 is the most powerful option on the market.

Multi-channel e-commerce

You sell on your own website, Amazon, Shopify and perhaps Miravia. Stock and orders go through separate paths. With Odoo everything converges into a single flow: order → preparation → shipping → invoice.

Amazon Shopify Miravia WooCommerce
B2B distributors with own warehouse

You have a warehouse, multiple suppliers and customers with different terms. Odoo manages warehouse routes, automatic replenishment and per-customer invoicing with custom rates.

Growing companies that need to scale

Today it works with Excel and spreadsheets. But you've hit the ceiling: manual processes can't handle more volume. Odoo is the foundation that lets you grow x10 without adding operational staff.

What the implementation includes

Everything configured. Nothing generic.

We don't install modules and leave. We design your specific business flows, migrate all your historical data, configure each module according to your real operations and train your team before go-live.

The implementation includes Odoo 19 core modules plus the logistics connectors you need — all as part of the same project, at no additional integration cost.

The implementation process

5 phases. Predictable go-live. No surprises.

Every implementation follows the same rigorous process. First we understand your business. Then we configure. Never the other way around.

01
Week 1

Business audit and blueprint

Before touching Odoo, we spend 1 week understanding exactly how your business works. We interview each area: warehouse, sales, administration, purchasing. The result is a Blueprint — a detailed scope document that defines what will be configured, how, and in what order.

Technical interviews Flow mapping Blueprint Scope document
  • Analysis of current platforms (legacy ERP, Excel, WMS...)
  • Catalog inventory: number of SKUs, variants, categories
  • Definition of warehouse flows (routes, locations, picking)
  • Decision: Community vs Enterprise as the case may be
02
Week 2–3

Installation and Odoo configuration

We install Odoo 19 on your server (cloud or on-premise) and configure all the basics: company, warehouse, routes, taxes, accounting journals, shipping methods, users and permissions. All according to the approved blueprint — no decision is made without your prior validation.

03
Week 3–4

Data migration from your current system

We migrate your complete catalogue, customers, suppliers and order history. For high-volume catalogues (+50,000 SKUs), we apply optimised bulk loading processes that minimise downtime, so your store can keep operating during most of the migration. We also validate and clean every record before importing it to guarantee a safe migration with no corrupt data.

04
Week 4–5

Real-world testing and area-specific training

We do a full dry-run with real data: create orders, prepare delivery notes, generate carrier labels, issue invoices and do the accounting close. We detect and correct any deviation before go-live. In parallel, we train each team area with their specific flow.

Odoo implementation based on a real ecommerce case

Flexigobe is used as a real reference: an online irrigation, gardening and pool company that sold on marketplaces and needed to centralize stock, orders, logistics and operational control.

Context

Ecommerce without physical stores, with multichannel sales on Amazon, Temu, ManoMano and Leroy Merlin Marketplace, operating in Spain and Portugal.

Problem

Orders managed by platform, stock in spreadsheets, manually created labels and monthly reporting in Excel.

Specific FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Odoo implementation for ecommerce

Answers designed for companies that want to move from manual processes to a centralized operation in Odoo.

What was validated in the real Flexigobe case?

An Odoo.sh architecture was validated with development, staging and production environments, code review, coherent models, automations and business flows for inventory, logistics, sales channels, returns, catalog and control.

What is centralized in Odoo during implementation?

Product, stock, orders, statuses, logistics, tracking, billing, administrative records and error or retry control are centralized to reduce duplicate work.

What should you prepare before migrating?

It is advisable to prepare clean master data: SKU, name, variants, EAN or GTIN, cost, RRP, weight, dimensions, taxes, supplier, lead time and initial stock.

Is the implementation closed forever?

No. Processes and APIs evolve. The documented result leaves a centralized and traceable base, but requires maintenance and good data quality to continue growing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about implementation

How long does an implementation take?

Depends on the size and complexity of the project. A basic implementation for a medium-sized company (standard catalogue, one warehouse, two sales channels) is usually between 4 and 8 weeks. Larger projects with massive data migration, multiple warehouses or custom connectors may require 10–14 weeks. We define it in the blueprint before committing to any deadline.

Community or Enterprise? Which one do you recommend?

Depends on the case. Community is free, open-source and covers 95% of e-commerce needs. Enterprise adds modules like eSign, IoT, advanced Marketing Automation and official Odoo support. For most pure e-commerce projects, Community is enough. We advise without commitment before any decision is made.

Can you migrate data from PrestaShop, WooCommerce or SAP?

Yes. We migrate from PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, SAP, Navision, Excel and any system that exports data in CSV or has an API. For very large catalogues (+50,000 SKUs) we use direct PostgreSQL injection to ensure your store doesn't stop during migration.

Are logistics connectors included in the implementation?

Depends on the type of connector. Our native Correos Express and MRW modules can be included as part of the implementation. OCA connectors (GLS, DHL, SEUR, CTT, UPS) are also installed and configured during the project. We define everything in the initial scope so there are no price surprises.

Is the training in person or remotely?

Mainly remote for efficiency, but we can do in-person sessions in Barcelona or at the client's premises if the project requires it. Training sessions are organised by area (warehouse, sales, administration) so each person learns exactly what they need for their daily work.

What happens if something goes wrong after the go-live?

The first 48 hours post go-live we are available in real time — phone, WhatsApp, video call. After that, we include an SLA with same business day response. If there is a critical incident in production, we handle it with real urgency, not a ticket queue.
