Do you audit productive databases?

Yes, it is one of our most requested services. We access the client's PostgreSQL database via SSH, analyze slow queries with EXPLAIN ANALYZE, detect locks, unindexed tables and modules with inefficient ORM. We deliver a technical report with improvements and implement them in an agreed sprint.

Do your connectors use native APIs or intermediaries?

100% native APIs. We don't use Zapier, Make, or any third-party middleware. Our Python modules connect directly to Amazon Seller Central (SP-API) REST API, MRW SOAP API, Correos Express EDI system and Shopify webhooks. This eliminates failure points, reduces latency and gives us full control over data flow.

Do you have Odoo L3 support?

Yes. Our L3 support involves direct access to the client's Linux server via SSH, monitoring Odoo Job Queues, real-time error log review and PostgreSQL deadlock resolution. We have critical response SLA under 4 hours. The entire team is based in Barcelona.

How long does an Odoo 19 implementation take?

Do you migrate from previous versions of Odoo?

Yes, including from Odoo 14, 15, 16 and 17 to Odoo 19. The process includes auditing existing custom code, data migration (products, customers, order history), adapting third-party modules and regression testing in staging before go-live. We never migrate directly in production.
