Germany's pay transparency law puts three concrete duties on employers: answer each employee's request for pay information, run an internal verification procedure, and publish the Lagebericht report once you reach 500 or more staff. Odoo does not cover any of this out of the box. This module turns those duties into real models, workflows and exports inside Odoo, with the logic of each EntgTranspG section (S.10-22) implemented natively.
S.10-16 - Right to information (Auskunftsanspruch)
Handles each employee's individual right to learn the reference pay of comparable colleagues. It logs the request, computes the comparison and formally records your reply.
S.17-20 - Verification procedure (Pruefverfahren)
