End User License Agreement
Binding terms applicable to ERP-type proprietary software modules distributed by FlexigoTech.

1. License Grant
Migration of major versions: Structural architecture leaps (for example, transitioning from Odoo 19 to Odoo 20) demand complex refactoring interventions. Therefore, they are not included in the free SLA. Any official code porting will be quoted on demand at our current end-customer upgrade rates.
5. Termination and Contract Revocation
This EULA maintains its founding validity indefinitely, unless imposed termination. FlexigoTech reserves the supreme right to unilaterally cancel and revoke this License, immediately requiring the absolute deletion of the Software from the servers involved, if, through legitimate monitoring and in full intellectual property rights, it verifies that the Buyer violates any of the limits of this text, activating legal mechanisms in the event of critical episodes of institutional piracy and infringement of trade secrets.
6. Maximum Warranty Disclaimer Clause
THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY THE LICENSING ENTITY IS PROVIDED STRICTLY AND EXPLICITLY "AS IS", WITH ALL COLLATERAL OR ASSUMED WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE INHERENT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, COMPETITIVENESS AND FITNESS FOR ANY GENERAL PURPOSE EXPECTED BY THE CUSTOMER. ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT APPLICABLE LAW (SPAIN/EU), IN NO LITTLE SCENARIO THE AUTHORS OR FULL COPYRIGHT HOLDERS WILL BE BEARING LEGAL OR CIVIL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF LOST PROFITS, DIRECT DAMAGE, COLLATERAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELATIVE PROBLEMS OR BEHAVIORS, IN USE, AND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE.
7. Privacy Policy
FlexigoTech uses data submitted through forms, email, WhatsApp or Google Meet only to answer commercial requests, prepare technical diagnostics and provide support related to Odoo, modules and connectors. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for campaigns unrelated to FlexigoTech.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to comercial@flexigobe.com. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry or the pre-contractual relationship when you request a demo, quote or support.
