Copying documents between tabs
Download the PDF from Odoo, open DocuSign or Yousign, upload it, set the signers and, once done, download the signed copy again and file it on the record. Several manual steps for every single document.
Pulling a contract out of Odoo, uploading it to DocuSign or Yousign, waiting for the signature, downloading the signed PDF and filing it back into the ERP is a manual back-and-forth that stalls and gets lost. This Odoo 17-19 module connects your records with DocuSign and Yousign: you launch the signature flow from the record itself, signers sign under eIDAS on their platform, and the signed document comes back attached to Odoo, with no copying files between browser tabs.

Try the e-signature bridge inside a real Odoo, no sign-up. User demo / flexigodemo.
If you already use DocuSign or Yousign, signing is not the problem: the pain is the shuffling between the ERP and the signature platform every time a contract, an order or a consent form goes out.
Download the PDF from Odoo, open DocuSign or Yousign, upload it, set the signers and, once done, download the signed copy again and file it on the record. Several manual steps for every single document.
Without visibility from the ERP, it is easy to lose track of which contracts are still awaiting signature and which already came back. The status lives in another tool, not next to the order or the customer.
The signed document, the process trail and the Odoo record end up in three different places. Reconstructing who signed what and when is painful when everything is spread out.
It is not a signature platform of its own and does not replace DocuSign or Yousign. It is the connector that automates sending from Odoo and the return of the signed document, using your own provider account, with evidence, audit and retention for regulated workflows.
From the Odoo record you launch the signature request to DocuSign or Yousign, with the signers you set, without downloading and re-uploading the file by hand.
Supports both e-signature providers. You configure the one you use (or both) with their API credentials and choose which one each document goes through.
Fits regulated signature processes under eIDAS. The signature level and its legal validity are set by the signature type you contract with DocuSign or Yousign.
When the process ends, the signed document and its traceability stay attached to the source record, so the status and the file live next to the order or the customer.
Each signature flow leaves its evidence package archived in Odoo, with export included, so you can prove the whole process in an audit or a dispute.
You define how long documents and evidence are kept, and the module applies that retention policy for you, in line with your archiving obligations.
Every step of a signature flow is recorded as an audit event you can review from Odoo, to reconstruct who did what and when without leaving the ERP.
A compliance KPI dashboard summarises the state of your signature flows: what is pending, what has come back signed and where the process gets stuck.
Export a signer's data to answer a subject access request (DSAR) and erase their personal information when required, without touching the database by hand.
DocuSign and Yousign notifications arrive via webhook and are logged in Odoo: each signature status updates on its own and you can review exactly what the provider sent.
Install the module, add your provider API credentials, and the signing loop runs inside Odoo from the record all the way to the archived signed copy.
Open the document on its Odoo record, add the signers and send the signature request straight to DocuSign or Yousign through your own account. No downloading, no re-uploading.
Your signers complete the signature on the provider's platform at the level you contract. Provider webhooks update the status in Odoo automatically as each party signs.
When everyone has signed, the signed PDF, the evidence package and the audit trail land back on the source record, ready for retention and any future audit.
Buy the module once on the Odoo App Store and it is yours. The full source code (LGPL-3) ships with it, so there is no lock-in and no recurring cost from FlexigoTech. Your DocuSign or Yousign plan is billed separately by that provider.
A single purchase on the Odoo App Store. No monthly fee, no per-document charge and no hidden middleware bill from us.
You get the full LGPL-3 source, so your team or your integrator can read it, adapt it and keep it running without depending on us.
The same purchase covers all three supported series, on Community or Enterprise, so an Odoo upgrade does not mean buying the module again.
Questions about the DocuSign or Yousign integration go straight to the developer who wrote the code, not to a ticket queue or a salesperson.
FlexigoTech is Flexibles y Accesorios Gobe, S.L., based in Barcelona. Development is handled by a single developer, so when you ask something about the DocuSign or Yousign integration you talk directly to the person who wrote the code, not to a salesperson or a support desk forwarding tickets.
It is a bridge between Odoo and your DocuSign or Yousign account. It is not a signature authority and does not issue signatures on its own: the eIDAS validity of each signature comes from the trust provider that generates it, according to what you contract with them. We do not invent seals or certifications of our own. The integration automates sending and the return of the signed document; the legal value comes from your signature platform, and we tell you that before you buy, not after.
Electronic signature usually shows up alongside the need to organise contracts, sales and operations inside a single Odoo.
It connects your Odoo records with DocuSign and Yousign to launch electronic signature flows. From the document you send the signature request to whichever provider you use, signers sign on that platform, and when the process finishes the signed document and its traceability are attached back to the record in Odoo. It does not replace DocuSign or Yousign: it is the bridge between your ERP and the signing platform you already pay for.
Yes. The module ships for Odoo 17, 18 and 19 and installs on Community as well as Enterprise. It does not depend on any paid Enterprise app, so if you run Odoo Community you can install the bridge, add your DocuSign or Yousign API credentials and start sending documents to sign from your own records.
The module is built for regulated signature flows under eIDAS, but the signature level (simple, advanced or qualified) and its legal validity depend on how you set up your DocuSign or Yousign account and on the signature type you contract with them. FlexigoTech provides the Odoo integration; the legal weight of each signature comes from the trust service provider that issues it.
Yes. The bridge uses your own DocuSign or Yousign account through their API credentials. You keep your contract and your signing terms with the provider; the module only automates sending from Odoo and the return of the signed document, so you no longer download PDFs, upload them to another site and file them back by hand.
Yes. The bridge supports both providers, so you can pick the right one per document, for example based on the signer's country or on the contract you hold with each platform. If you only use one, you configure that one and the other stays inactive.
It is a one-time purchase of €39 on the Odoo App Store, with no subscription or per-signature fee from FlexigoTech. The price includes the full source code (LGPL-3), versions for Odoo 17, 18 and 19, and direct support from the developer who built it. Your DocuSign or Yousign plan is billed separately by that provider.
The bridge launches the signature from Odoo and returns the signed document to the record. Tell us what you sign and with which provider, and we will tell you straight whether it fits.
