eIDAS qualified electronic signatures (QES) from Odoo, with no subscription
e-Signature.eu Connector sends your Odoo documents out for eIDAS qualified (QES), advanced (AES) or simple (SES) signature using itsme, Evrotrust, Veriff or OTP. Pay per signature, no monthly fee.
OPL-1 license · one-time payment · invoice · automatic module delivery for your Odoo version.

What the connector does
Three eIDAS levels: QES, AES and SES
Choose the right signature level for each document: qualified (QES, the highest legal value), advanced (AES) or simple (SES). Every level is issued under the EU eIDAS Regulation.
Identity methods: itsme, Evrotrust, Veriff, OTP
The signer proves who they are with the method that fits their country and signature level: itsme, Evrotrust, video identity verification with Veriff, or a one-time code (OTP) by SMS.
Pay per signature, no subscription
No monthly fee and no lock-in. You pay each signature directly to e-Signature.eu at their rate, and the connector itself is a one-time purchase under an OPL-1 license.
Real-time status tracking inside Odoo
Every signature request is visible on the Odoo record: sent, viewed, signed or rejected. No more leaving the document or chasing your customer for the status by email.
Sign any Odoo document
Quotations, sales orders, contracts, invoices or any attached PDF are sent for signature straight from the Odoo record, with the signer and their identity method already loaded.
Legally valid across the whole EU
A qualified signature (QES) carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature in every EU member state, complete with a time stamp and signing evidence for your audit trail.
Your own e-Signature.eu account and keys
You connect your own e-Signature.eu account with your API keys once, in Odoo settings. Your credentials and signed documents stay under your control, not ours.
How it works
Connect your e-Signature.eu account
Install the module and paste your e-Signature.eu API keys into Odoo settings. One-time setup, no external SaaS to log into afterwards.
Send the document for signature
Open the quotation, contract, invoice or any PDF on its Odoo record, pick the signer, the eIDAS level (QES, AES or SES) and the identity method, and send.
The signer identifies and signs
Your customer receives the request, verifies their identity with itsme, Evrotrust, Veriff or an OTP, and signs. e-Signature.eu handles the legal signing process.
Track and store the signed file in Odoo
The request status updates in real time on the record — sent, viewed, signed or rejected — so the whole signing history lives right next to your Odoo data.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. e-Signature.eu is the qualified trust service provider that issues the signatures, so you need your own account and API keys. The connector is the bridge between Odoo and that service: you set it up once with your credentials and then work entirely from Odoo.
The price per signature is set by e-Signature.eu and depends on the level (QES, AES or SES) and the identity method. You pay per use, with no subscription: you only pay for the signatures you actually send. The connector adds no per-signature surcharge on top.
Yes. Under the EU eIDAS Regulation, a qualified electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and cannot be denied legal effect just for being electronic. QES is the highest-assurance of the three levels, backed by a qualified certificate and a time stamp.
Quotations, sales orders, contracts, invoices or any PDF attached to a record. You send the document for signature straight from the Odoo record, with the signer and their identity method already assigned, and track the status without leaving Odoo.
Yes. The connector runs on Odoo Community and Enterprise for versions 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0. On purchase you receive the module built for your specific version, and you need no separate SaaS beyond your own e-Signature.eu account.
