Your Odoo does not move to the cloud: only this leaves it
GDPR Compliance Suite runs inside your Odoo, on Odoo.sh or on your own server. Your database stays there and is not copied anywhere. Only what you see below goes through FlexigoTech Cloud: what it is, why, how long we keep it and where.
- No record from your Odoo goes to FlexigoTech Cloud. Notices and deadlines are stored in your Odoo.
- This module sends no fingerprint of your records.
| What | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Your database details: its ID and address, the Odoo version, the FlexigoTech modules and their versions, whether it is a test copy, the company name and the email of the person who accepts, with the date, the version of the text they accepted and its fingerprint (SHA-256). It also sends a public key and proof that the request comes from your database. The database secret never leaves. | To recognise your database and serve it. | Once, when you connect. |
| The permit request. Your database only says who it is. | To know whether it has service. | Every 6 hours, when you connect, start a trial or link your account, when you click “Check now” and when a module needs it and the one it has is no longer valid. |
| What each button sends: the module, the plan and billing period you pick; the version of the terms and of the data processing agreement you accept, with the fingerprint of each; or the link code or recovery code you paste. You pay on Stripe's page, outside Odoo. | To start a trial, subscribe and link your account. | When you click it. |
| The module name and the last notice you already have. | To bring you new notices and deadlines from its official sources. | Every 6 hours. |
As with any website, we see your server's IP address. Access logs keep the time, the source IP and port, the method, the HTTP version and the requested address (without parameters), the response code, the bytes received and sent, how long it took, and the version, cipher and server name of the secure connection. They keep no headers. They are deleted after 366 days.
What we keep, and for how long
- When your database last asked the monitoring service for something, and the module's status in its permit, for 35 days.
- A log of each call, without its content, for 366 days.
- Your account sends the daily email with the notices. The monitoring service does not have your email address.
- The date of your database's last notices email. It is not deleted automatically.
If you disconnect or your subscription ends
| You click “Disconnect” in Settings › FlexigoTech Cloud | Your database says it is disconnecting and stops sending anything, and what we keep follows the periods above. This does not cancel your subscription: do that separately. |
| Your subscription or trial ends | Notices and emails stop. What we keep follows the periods above. |
| In your Odoo | Nothing is deleted. What you already have stays, and you can always view and export it. |
Where
- The monitoring service: Nuremberg, Germany.
- Your account, the service permit and the access logs: Nuremberg, Germany.
Your account and billing
- We keep your company name, tax or VAT number, country and email, your subscriptions with their invoices, and the databases you connect, with the details above, their Odoo language and the date of the last contact.
- Stripe keeps your card details; we never see them.
- In your account at app.flexigotech.com you can download your data or delete the account. What you delete stays, encrypted, in the backups for up to 92 days. Invoices are kept for 6 years, as the law requires.
