ChannelEngine · Odoo 17-19 · Marketplaces

ChannelEngine Connector for Odoo 17-19. Sell on 950+ marketplaces without leaving the ERP.

ChannelEngine connects to hundreds of marketplaces (Amazon, bol.com, Zalando, Kaufland, Cdiscount, eBay and every other channel it supports) through a single API. This connector brings that reach directly into Odoo: a native app, not a third-party middleware layer, so your catalog, orders, returns and pricing rules stay where the rest of your business already runs.

The pains that bring buyers here

We are not talking about isolated functions. We talk about the operational problem that causes a team to end up looking for this solution.

Selling on dozens of marketplaces without living in a spreadsheet

Without a connector, every ChannelEngine marketplace ends up managed by hand: catalog, prices and stock, channel by channel.

Prices and stock without governance across channels

Without margin-floor or MAP rules, offers end up mispriced or sold without real stock.

Orders and returns outside the ERP

If the order does not land in Odoo as a real sale, the team goes back to copying data by hand between systems.

What normally goes into the project

Everything the module includes is real operational capability: catalog, orders, shipments and returns governed from Odoo, no smoke or empty boxes.

Catalog and offer sync

Full catalog sync plus a fast price/stock push, aligned with ChannelEngine's real endpoints, with visible sync status per row.

Bulk publish wizard

A wizard to select products, tick channels and publish everything in one step, never duplicating existing combinations.

Orders, shipments and returns

Every order becomes an Odoo sale; validating the delivery pushes the shipment with carrier back to the channel; returns generate a real credit note.

Pricing rules and visible errors

Margin-floor and MAP enforcement per channel or globally before publishing; every sync is logged and failures schedule an activity for the responsible user.

Not just a sync: a multichannel control tower

A dashboard with clickable KPIs, webhooks for low latency, optional automation and native Odoo reporting. All without leaving Odoo.

Dashboard with clickable KPIs

Products synced, orders, pending returns, total refunds, shipments to push and 30-day revenue: every number opens its filtered list.

Webhooks + polling

A secure webhook endpoint complements the scheduled sync and cuts latency when ChannelEngine can reach your instance; polling keeps working either way.

Real-time stock trigger

When stock really changes in the warehouse, the affected offers queue for the next fast sync, with no performance cost on bulk moves.

Optional order automation

Per-account toggles to auto-confirm the sale, auto-invoice and auto-validate the delivery on import, off by default.

Cancellations with guard rails

Cancelling from Odoo pushes the cancellation to the channel first, then cancels the sale, with guard rails against cancelling anything already shipped or refunded.

Native Odoo reporting

Pivot and graph views over synced orders and offers, like any ordinary Odoo report, with no external BI export.

Multichannel seller that leaves the spreadsheets behind

The typical pattern is a seller already selling on Amazon, bol.com or Zalando via ChannelEngine, but managing catalog, orders and returns channel by channel. The right project centralizes all of that inside Odoo, with a single order flow and shared pricing rules.

ChannelEngine usually arrives once you already sell on several marketplaces at once

ChannelEngine's value is adding channels without adding a new tool to maintain per channel. This connector makes that growth happen inside a single Odoo, with the same catalog, the same orders and the same pricing rules.

Questions that usually arise in this phase

Is this an official ChannelEngine product?

No. It is an independent integration built and maintained by FlexigoTech, not endorsed or supported by ChannelEngine. The catalog, price and stock sync uses ChannelEngine's public Merchant API; the order and returns formats are flagged in the code where they are a reasonable approximation pending direct developer access.

Does it support multiple accounts or multiple channels at once?

Yes. You can have several ChannelEngine accounts in the same Odoo database, for example one per brand or legal entity, and each account distributes to every marketplace you have active on ChannelEngine.

Is it only for Enterprise?

No. It works on both Community and Enterprise, on Odoo 17, 18 and 19.

What does the one-time payment include?

The complete module with source code included, an OPL-1 license per instance, for Odoo 17, 18 and 19, with 12 months of updates included through the Odoo App Store.

Are updates included?

Yes. It includes 12 months of updates and fixes for the same Odoo series (17, 18 or 19) at no extra cost through the Odoo App Store.

What support do I get after buying?

Direct support from the engineer who built the module, by email, with no middlemen or call centers.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. There is a live demo with the connector installed to see it working, and you can email us any question before deciding.

Selling on more marketplaces should not mean more tools to maintain.

If you already use or are about to use ChannelEngine, it makes sense for your catalog, orders and returns to live inside Odoo instead of in a separate integration.
