Selling on a single marketplace is already work. Selling at the same time on Amazon, Mirakl, ManoMano and AliExpress, each with its own panel, rules and stock, is the point where most teams lose control: the same product at different prices, mismatched stock and orders slipping between browser tabs.
The key idea: the marketplace is the sales channel, but the operation (catalog, stock, orders, invoicing) must live in one place. Odoo is that place; the connectors are just the bridges.
What centralizing really means
Centralizing is not having one tab open per marketplace. It means the catalog, stock and orders are managed from a single source of truth, Odoo, and each channel reads from and writes to it automatically. The sale happens on the marketplace; everything else happens in the ERP.
In practice this means three flows that must run on their own: the catalog goes out from Odoo to the channels, stock is discounted consistently when any channel sells, and orders enter Odoo with enough information to pick, ship and invoice.
Each marketplace is different (and the connector must know it)
- Amazon: FBA and FBM, matching by SKU/ASIN, shipment confirmation and returns; operates per account and country marketplace.
- Mirakl: a demanding catalog layer (mandatory attributes, categories, offers) over operators such as Leroy Merlin, Decathlon or Bricodepot.
- ManoMano: DIY and home, with the order and buyer address already in the payload, and statuses returning to the marketplace.
- AliExpress: international sales, token management and orders with their own tracking and resolution cycle.
That is why each platform needs its own specific connector: they share the goal but not the API or the rules. The value of doing it inside Odoo is that all those connectors pour into the same catalog, the same stock and the same accounting.
The problem that really hurts: stock
When you sell the same unit on four channels and each keeps its own number, overselling is only a matter of time. The fix is not to reserve separate stock per channel (you lose sales), but to publish Odoo's real availability to all of them and discount in near real time when any of them sells.
Odoo fits well here because it already handles variants, packs, kits and multiple warehouses. If you sell across several countries and currencies, it also manages multiple companies and taxes from the same base, without duplicating maintenance.
Frequent mistakes in multi-marketplace
- Maintaining the catalog by hand on each portal instead of editing it once in Odoo and publishing.
- Having no traceability: when an order or offer fails, nobody knows why or when.
- Trusting that a manual stock discount across channels will hold during peak hours. It won't.
- Enabling bulk synchronizations without a kill-switch or retries with logging.
How we approach it at FlexigoTech
We have our own connectors for Amazon, Mirakl (and its operators), ManoMano and AliExpress, all for Odoo 19 and designed to coexist. Catalog and stock live in Odoo; each connector pushes and reads its channel with logs, retries and a switch to stop everything if needed. The idea is that you don't open four panels: you open Odoo.

FAQs
Can Amazon, Mirakl, ManoMano and AliExpress be managed from a single Odoo?
Yes. Each marketplace has its own connector, but all of them pour orders, stock and catalog into the same Odoo, so the operation is governed from a single ERP.
How do you avoid selling stock that no longer exists?
The available stock in Odoo is published to all channels. When one channel sells, the discount is reflected across the rest, reducing the risk of overselling.
Do I need a different module for each marketplace?
Yes, each platform has its own API and rules, so each connector is specific. The advantage is that they all share the same catalog and the same operation in Odoo.
Does it work for several countries and languages?
Yes. Amazon and Mirakl operate by markets and countries, AliExpress is international and Odoo manages several companies, currencies and taxes from the same base.
