- Stock and price: Odoo sends real availability and prices on automatic cycles, so offers never fall out of date.
- Status and shipping: when you validate the delivery in Odoo, the status (accepted, shipped, tracking) flows back to GACD so the buyer stays informed.
All of this runs on Odoo crons and leaves a trail: every offer or order that fails is logged with its error and can be retried, with no need to guess what went wrong.
One Mirakl base, one GACD provider
The connector is split into two layers: a generic Mirakl connector that speaks the standard API, and a GACD provider that adds the operator's specific configuration (credentials, carrier mapping, category quirks). So if you start selling on another Mirakl marketplace tomorrow, you reuse the same base without rewriting the integration.
What to watch for
- Reference mapping: your SKUs need to match the ones in GACD's catalog. It's the most important groundwork, and the one that prevents the most incidents.
- Shipping deadlines: Mirakl marketplaces penalize delays. Status has to flow back from Odoo on time, not by hand days later.
- Shared stock: if you sell the same item across several channels, stock has to be deducted consistently so you don't sell what you don't have.
- Refunds and incidents: refunds and returns also go through the API; it's worth making sure they're reflected in Odoo, not just in the portal.
