There is no universal "best carrier" for Odoo. There is only the one that fits your order profile, your destinations, your warehouse operations, and the kind of module you are going to support. Sometimes the right carrier is the one that creates the least friction, not the one with the strongest marketing.
What you should compare
- Warehouse operating speed.
- Quality of the integration with Odoo.
- Incident handling and tracking.
- Services by country, weight, or channel.
- Ability to scale without rebuilding the flow.
Typical patterns
MRW is often attractive when fast shipping operations matter most. SEUR tends to fit when the business already revolves around its service model. GLS is usually solid for fairly standard parcel flows. DHL often works better in operations with a stronger international component. Correos Express makes sense when local fit and the specific quality of the module carry more weight.
What a good decision looks like
A good decision is the one that still holds up six months after go-live. If the team works smoothly, tracking lands correctly, and support is not constantly firefighting, you chose well. If not, the carrier or the module was not the right fit.
